Resolved — Monitoring false alarm (no actual service impact)

Earlier today, our status page and alerting reported a period of downtime for FOScore. After investigation, we've confirmed this was a false alarm: the application remained fully operational the entire time, and no customer-facing functionality was affected.

The alert was triggered by an error in one of our automated monitoring checks — not by the FOScore service itself. Our independent health checks confirmed the application was responding normally throughout the reported window.

We've corrected the faulty monitoring check to prevent these false alerts going forward.
